Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Shipping Coordinator/ Customer Service Executive (Shipping) Working Location: South (Nearest MRT: HarbourFront) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm Salary Package: Up to $2800 + Performance Bonus Duration: PermanentKey Responsibilities Oversees daily consolidation operations Responding to customer queries and liaising with customers on operational issues. Export consolidation planning (SEA/ Middle East/ USA) Import and export consolidation documents & liaising with overseas agent Dangerous goods applications Oversees Tradenet declarations Verify Overseas & Contractors' invoices Invoice billing Rates negotiation with Carrier & Co-loader Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments. Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order/billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others) Arranging and coordinating for transportation/trucking.
