Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Logistics company, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a motivated Shipping Coordinator to join their growing team in Singapore.The Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage cross trade shipments between third-party countries.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams
- Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time
- Good communication skills to Liaise with international stake holders
- Relevant work experience at shipment logistics company
- Proficient in MS office(excel)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
