Shipping Coordinator (air Freight)

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Changi South (Nearest MRT: Expo)
- Working hours: 5 days work (Tues to Fri, 10am to 7pm & Sat, 9am to 9pm)
- Up to $4,000 & AWS
The Job:
- Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations
- Complete documentation for local airfreight import and export
- Manage import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and the APAC region
- Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise for order processing
- Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Relevant experience in logistics or shipping coordination in managing air import/export operations is required
- Experience in handling cold chain, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial logistics is advantageous
