Location: Boon Lay 5 Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $2400 to $2800 Job Scope (Responsibilities): - Process custom declaration and bill of lading - Manage shipment arrangement for cargo Location: Boon Lay 5 Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $2400 to $2800 Job Scope (Responsibilities): - Process custom declaration and bill of lading - Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight - Prepare and check import shipment documents - Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors - Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process - Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up - Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query - On/ off-sites inventory stock take - Support strategic purchasing request Requirements: - Minimum 1-3 years working experience - Experience in a shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics industry an added advantage
