Are you ready to take your supply chain career to new heights? Our client, a renowned Japanese multinational corporation, is on the lookout for talented individuals to be part of their expansion as a Shipping Coordinator. This incumbent will be responsible for preparation of shipping documents, checking and processing freight billings.
Location: Alexandra Road (Labrador Park MRT)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + VB + transport allowance + flexible benefits
Responsibilities
- Efficient and timely arrangements of shipping documents
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
- Check and process freight billings
- Oversee payment process to suppliers and insurance application
- Teamwork, team management and accuracy
- Min. 1-2 years\' of experience
