Shipping Coordinator (Kitchen Supply industry)
Working days & time: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
Location: Shun Li Industrial Complex, Geylang
Responsibilities:
- Handling import & export shipping documents
- Handling PO, DO, and billing
- Coordinate with supplier, and other department
- Key in invoices (packing list , check BL, form D)
- Generating invoices to the closing of files
- Other logistics/shipping administrative duties assigned
- Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company\'s policies
- Relevant experience
