Job ResponsibilitiesLogisticsGeneral Import / Export Processing Management

• Process machine and parts orders from our customers.
• Handle logistics of company products.
• Warehouse administration of stock
• Assist with the logistics needs of company.
• Operate with sales management system A1 stream.
• Assist with exhibitions.
• Export control of machines and parts
• Support financial information from A1 stream as required.
• Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague, and business related.
• Assist human resource related and general affairs.
• Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution or \'A\' levels from a recognized tertiary institution
• Min. 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge on incoterms, taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system.
• Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
