Manage coordination & documentation on Export consol operations. Space control and monitoring of allocations; coordinate with principle office and in-house sales - person to ensure loading factor of every consol is maximized. Ensure shipment are loaded on intended vessel. Monitor cargo packing condition, tally report & time needed for cargo to reach destination. Ensuring documents are manifest on time. Prepare billing to customers and shipping documents. * Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
