We are looking for a Logistics/ Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) to join a wholesale trade company located in Aljunied, just
8 minutes' walk from the MRT
. This is a
permanent position
with a 5.5-day work week (Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM; Sat, 9AM - 1PM, with one Saturday off per month). The role comes with a
basic salary and performance bonus

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and prepare documentation for import and export shipments.
Track shipment movements and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
Liaise with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport partners for daily coordination.
Verify, review, and ensure shipping documents comply with accuracy and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the logistics and shipping function.
Handle additional shipping-related tasks as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is an advantage.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics/shipping systems.
