Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Handle/manage import/export LCL & FCL shipments

\xc2\xb7 Make bookings (including online platform) with different Carriers and coloaders

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate for the shipping arrangements with transporters/hauliers/others

\xc2\xb7 Email correspondences and follow-up on shipments

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge/proficiency in Magaya system will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Input data/create costs notes/invoice/others in Magaya system

\xc2\xb7 Perform duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience preferred in sea freight operations and documentations

\xc2\xb7 Training provided
