A wholesale trading industry is looking for Singaporean with good shipping documentation & able to handle shipping documents for trading industries. Shipping Coordinator (Trading)

• 5 days - from Salary $3500 + Good benefits (Transport allowance + medical & dental + AWS & bonus)
• Air & Sea freight import & export shipping documentation with knowledge in handling L/C is an added advantage but not a must.
• Location : Nearest MRT to workplace : Labrador Park / Telok Blangah / Pasir Panjang

Job Requirement & Duties:

• Singaporean / Resident ONLY and IT savvy.
• Diploma and have experience in handling import & export shipping documents, LC, bank trust receipt and related matters.
• Able to handle import & export trade, familiar with air / sea shipment
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin via emails and various mobile app
• Provide accurate quotations and contract input & monitor contract realization
• Work closely with freight forwarder/agent and customers
• Provide sales administrative services and support primarily in order & delivery process.
• Ensure customer service is delivered accordingly to Guidelines in order to improve commercial position.
• Reachable after office hour and weekends to attend to shipment related matters.
• Must be able to start work immediately
