Shipping Coordinator/admin (principal Service)

Job Description


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raise purchase order and track shipment status for purchases approved by GM.
  • Declare import and export permits (not restricted to any Principal lines)
  • Perform system receiving entries and reconcile any shipment discrepancies.
  • Submission of shipping documents to Account
  • Handle inventory entries
  • Maintain proper filing of documents
  • Generate reports as per request from Principal.
  • Monitor expiry date of inventory
  • Coordinate inventory write-off with Principals.
  • Any other matters assigned by Executive / Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
  • English and Computer literate
  • Fast learner with positive attitude
  • Knowledge with SAP system will be advantageous
  • Experience in customer service will be advantageous
  • Training will be provided
