Shipping Documentation & Admin





Responsibilities



Prepare and manage shipping documents such as,
Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, insurance, and


Certificates of Origin (Chambers of Commerce)


Preparing the sales contracts & Proforma invoices Ensure relevant documents are submitted accordingly Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers Coordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments Liaise with shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation Other admin/data entry work as and when required

Qualifications



Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, e-mail writing is essential Meticulous, has initiative, positive attitude Experience in Shipping (Import/Export) is preferred Ability to work independently.

Experience:


Clerical experience: 1 year (Preferred) Shipping documentation: 1 year (Preferred)
