. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in managing end-to-end shipping operations within a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Handle all shipping activities, including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) applications.
Manage vessel bookings, coordinate shipping schedules, and ensure timely cargo arrangements.
Liaise with production and warehouse teams to confirm product readiness for dispatch.
Oversee container bookings and monitor loading operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare, review, and distribute all shipping documents to customers in an efficient and organized manner.
Perform additional administrative or operational duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant shipping experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of shipping documentation processes and FTA Certificate applications.
