Job Description
Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf
- Provide sales support and assist in generating quotation
- In-charge of inventory management
- Liaise with logistics partners and vendors on delivery of goods
- Monitor vendor performance and quality rendered
- Support in tender submission
- Work closely with customer service team to ensure customers\' order arrived on time
- Attend to internal and external stakeholders\' enquiries
- Review existing processes and suggest improvement to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with company and ISO standards
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior working experience in Life Science or Biomedical industry will be an added advantage
