Job scope:

• Manage the day-to-day spare parts shipment queries, invoicing and shipping arrangements, for various local & oversea customers
• Corresponding with HQ, customers & internally for customers related to orders & shipment arrangements.
• Prepare all shipping documents relating to exports shipment.
• Arrange for despatch through parcel post, courier services, local collection or airfreight. Flight booking and marking for parcels or cartons. Packing of spare parts for shipment if required.
• Sorting and filling of shipping documents. Arrange for despatch of duplicate shipping documents to agents and customers respectively by courier services.
• To issue computer invoice (D/O) Debit Memos, Credit Notes for overseas Agents. (including sorting, filling, recording, mailing, and GST claim filling)
• Prepare and submit bank document for negotiation of L/C, B/P terms, including application of Certificates of Origin & etc.
• Booking with forwarder for shipment. Check and arrange markings on cartons before releasing shipment.
• Following up on the forwarder or courier and others local supplier payment issue if there is.
• Download charable invoice from Hayato system and send to our internal Accounts department daily.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• Min Diploma holder
• At least 2-3 years of relevant shipping experience in manufacturing industry
• Knowlege of L/C required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm
