Shipping Executive / Global Mnc / East (no Experienced Required)

Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC company in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Shipping Executive to join their Shipping team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for liaising with the various customers for the incoming/outgoing shipments, responding to any inquiries when required
- Responsible for the preparation of quotations required by the company
- Responsible for the company’s shipment activations and cross trade shipments when required
- Responsible for liaising with the company’s various vendors for the respective shipment plans
- In charge of the data entry in reports, ensuring all the data is accurate and the required documentation is completed within the deadline
- In charge of responding to the customer's complaints/enquiries, taking the relevant actions required to ensure the situation is solved and prevented in the future
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
