Our client is a Global MNC company in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Shipping Executive to join their Shipping team, in hopes of Our client is a Global MNC company in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Shipping Executive to join their Shipping team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Responsible for liaising with the various customers for the incoming/outgoing shipments, responding to any inquiries when required Responsible for the preparation of quotations required by the company Responsible for the company's shipment activations and cross trade shipments when required Responsible for liaising with the company's various vendors for the respective shipment plans In charge of the data entry in reports, ensuring all the data is accurate and the required documentation is completed within the deadline In charge of responding to the customer's complaints/enquiries, taking the relevant actions required to ensure the situation is solved and prevented in the future Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well) Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
