Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage all transportation-related processes for export / import shipments. (ECL/ICL)
- Support and facilitate on-time customs clearance (ECL/ICL) processing prior to shipment departure for export and shipment arrival for import.
- Ensure invoices, ECL/ICL documents are process and forward to service providers within stipulated KPI timeline for shipping document preparation and customs clearance
- Prepare Freight billing through CRM WebUI
- Close liaison with service providers/NVOCC on BL accuracy; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies with service providers/NVOCC when the need arises.
- Coordinate on DG cargo transportation and manage 3PL invoices.
Requirements:
- With Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with shipping Incoterms and good knowledge of export customs procedures (Example, types of customs permit, HS codes, Chamber CoO application).
- Possess knowledge in dangerous goods (DG) management and transportation (IMDG / IATA) and experience in warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
