Job Description

• Support Sales Team in order processing and shipping matters.
• Perform day-to-day order processing duties
• Monitor trucks readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instruction to factories and forwarders
• Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Swift response to customers, shipment enquiries & freight quotation.
• LC negotiation and CO application .
• Recording of orders and shipments..
• Up to date documentation filing.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in customer order management within the shipping/trading industry is required for this position.
• Knowledge and familiar with shipping and LC documentation.
