Well established company - Industrial power equipmentBasic up to $3500 + AWS + VBWorking hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)Working location: West- TuasCompany transport providedJob Responsibilities:

• Order Processing to respective factories based on Purchase Orders from received
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/ delivery orders/shipping documents, etc.
• Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.
• Liaise with respective factories to arrange shipments promptly
• Negotiate rates with freight forwarders to optimize delivery load and cost
• Monitor both inbound/outbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers
• Ensure and Update shipping cost of both inbound/outbound shipments as per quotations
• Act upon receiving shipping instructions
• Update Sales Record after each shipment

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management OR Logistics
• At least 2-3 years working experience in logistic operation
