Adecco is partnering with the top player in the freight forwarding industry to hire a Sea Freight Export Coordinator.The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with the top player in the freight forwarding industry to hire a Sea Freight Export Coordinator.Reporting to the Operation Manager, managing all aspects of export document processing, arranging booking with FCL and LCL carrier, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for daily operations.

• Permanent position
• Location: Kallang (transportation provided at Woodlands, Jurong East and Bishan)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Salary: up to $4000 (AWS + VB)

The Job:

• Handle export ocean document processing and filing of AMS/ACI as needed.
• Arrange bookings with FCL and LCL carriers, and assign transhipment in the CW1 system.
• Plan consolidation containers, optimizing loading for operational and financial efficiency.
• Arrange trucking and container loading with CFS operators, ensuring compliance with hazardous cargo procedures.
• Ensure accurate accrual of shipment costs in CW1, verify invoices, and manage timely invoicing per KPIs.
• Recommend improvements and escalate any service failures.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma
• Proven track record of minimum 3 years in the sea or air freight industry.
• Class 3 driving license.
• LCL consolidation/deconsolidation operation.
• Fast-paced environment, KPI-oriented.
