Job Description
: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for complete order to cash process \xc2\xb7 Process customer orders using SAP system \xc2\xb7 Provide sales support to designated countries \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers \xc2\xb7 Attend to customer complaints \xc2\xb7 Handle customer request for samples \xc2\xb7 Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant \xc2\xb7 Interact with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, and Accounts Receivables, Credit & Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters \xc2\xb7 Other Ad-hoc Duties As assigned
Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Eligible to Degree holders \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience in shipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 PC Literate
Additional information: \xc2\xb7 Working days: Monday to Thursday, 8-6PM, Friday, 8-5PM \xc2\xb7 Salary up to $3800 \xc2\xb7 Located in Benoi Road \xc2\xb7 Company Transport provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay.
