Job Description
- Participate in Freight projects/tenders as assigned
- Cost management and sourcing of rates
- Quotation preparation
- Timely shipment execution
- Prepare billing
- Work closely with internal and external stake holders (Customers, Freight Ops team, Finance) and in areas of cost efficiencies and operational deliverables.
- Ensure compliance to Freight office Security matters.
- In charge of Freight admin matters, including sourcing, raising PR/PO, Bankers Guarantees, asset management and process vendor invoices etc.
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Tertiary Certification in Business / Supply Chain
- Al least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience with Shipping industry
- Permanent position, Salary up to $4,400 with AWS + bonus
- Working location at Clementi
- At least 2 years\' experience in shipping industry is a MUST
