Job Summary:

• $2000 - $3000

• Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm

• Location: Boon Lay

• Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• May be tasked to coordinate with customers, sales and freight forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipments

• Responsible for the smooth coordination and arrangement of all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Ensure all required shipping and declarations documents are complete and in order for submission

• Schedule and arrange shipment dates with customers and sales

• Coordinate and prepare shipping documents such as LC, certification body, insurance, etc

• Coordinate with both factories on Fragrance and Flavour product deliveries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent years of relevant working experience

• Commit 6 months (contract convertible/renewable)
