Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with forwarders on the IMPORT/EXPORT shipment booking and local deliveries, ensure cargo has been picked and shipped
Prepare all the necessary shipping documents
Source and negotiate with forwarders on most cost-effective quotations given
Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing and incoming shipments
Follow up and provide latest updates for both outgoing and incoming shipments status
Responsible for physical receiving and outbound processing
Effectively interact with sales and operations to create value propositions
Confers with sales team to implement efficient and competitive solutions that support the company achieving its goals and objectives
Ensure timely delivery by monitoring order status, and answer enquiries of both internal and external customers proactivity
Any other assigned duties as directed by the Management
