Shipping & Logistics Executive
- Office Hours (1 day WFH)
- Walking distance from MRT
- Shipping planning and booking
Location: Gul Circle MRT
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM - 4.30PM / 8.15AM - 5PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage shipment planning and booking.
- Process shipping documents and advise customers on shipping arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors for direct shipping.
- Application of Form-D, Form-E and COO.
- Coordination with sales team on local delivery and shipping plans.
- Coordinate with finance team for forwarders billings.
- Inventory management; stock planning.
- Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or O\'Level equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling shipping documents and shipment arrangement.
- Good knowledge in Incoterms, COO, Form D, Form E
- Proficiency in MS Office
