s for the Position of Shipping & Logistics Executive

• Handling inbound/ outbound shipments.
• Ensuring inbound/outbound delivery to our end and internal customers are on time and in full (OTIF) and ensuring it is performed in satisfactory condition as per work scope/requirement, without compromising on Quality, HSE and Integrity.
• Handling of documents fulfilling contractual/ order obligations. Achieving 100% customer satisfaction on document & shipment delivery.
• Source, negotiate and manage Freight forwarders and their services for all our deliveries.
• Prepare and issue logistics/purchase requisitions.
• Monitor Freight Forwarder\xe2\x80\x99s performances (including Plant\xe2\x80\x99s logistic performance) and perform cost reduction initiatives in all logistics activities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Plant Logistics Team and any other related HES departments, suppliers, vendors, forwarders/shipping agents, etc for timely delivery of HES goods as stipulated in the contract/purchase order.
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents including LC documentation, Certificate of Origin, Insurances, Delivery order, packing list, debit note, release note, commercial invoice, monthly royalty report, etc.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on shipping payment, invoices, Warranty and LC Negotiation.
• Monitor and update delivery status in the system weekly. Work closely with Customer Service, Material Planning, Purchasing and Projects to fulfill orders/ contract obligations.
• Compilation of related logistic activities and expense reports for management review.
• Engagement of Marine Surveyors and coordination with Mills Quality Engineer on all delivery inspection and expediting works.
• Attend weekly Logistics/supply chain meetings or any ad-hoc project/contract meetings as required.
• Interact and communicate with internal and external customers on order/ delivery status.
• Actively participate and involve in the appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
• Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance with applicable local legal requirements
• Other Project and ad-hoc duties as per assigned by immediate superior or management.

• Diploma or Degree in Operations/Logistics Managements related discipline or equivalent.
• 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years related experience within the industry.
• Experience working with ERP, AX or other documentation software.
• Experienced in Letter of Credit management, freight and logistic handling.

• Workplace near Gul Circle Train Station.
• Annual Leave 14 days.
• Salary Up to $3000.
