Roles & Responsibilities Your Role We are looking for an experienced Shipping Officer / Customer Service / Operation Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
What Will You Do

• Handle and prepare import and export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea Freight)
• Liaise with forwards agents, clients and warehouse department.
• To make sure clients goods send be on time and send billing of the invoices.
• Responsibility for client’s inquiry such as track and trace shipments
• In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up
• Handling Dangerous Goods/Hazardous substances.
• Ad-hoc arrange by supervisor.

What Do We Want

• Min. Diploma and above in logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of relevant shipping experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Words, PortNet/ Tradenet, inventory system and control of documents.
• Must possess Permit Declaration ID.
• Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with INCOTERMS
• Have customer service skills.
• Have knowledge in SDS (Safety Data Sheet), HS code and Strategic Goods Control preferred.
• Have chamber certificate is an advantages
