We are the Coconut Specialist! The export sales & marketing arm of a leading Indonesia-based coconut ingredients, foods and beverages producer is now looking for suitable candidates to join our dynamic and growing team.

Job Summary The incumbent is responsible to liaise closely with factories and sales management department for preparing full sets of export shipping documents to our global customers.

Responsibilities

• Handles Export Sea Freight / Air Freight documentations.

• Bill of Lading / Master Airwaybill draft submission to service provider and follow up for a set of export permit for every shipment.

• Preparing of commercial Invoices, issuance of cargo insurances, application of various relevant certificates, arranging of documents to Embassy for legalisation if required.

• Download relevant certificates issued by factories via in house system.

• Back to Back Certificate of Origin application via Tradeweb system.

• Shipment advice & full set of shipping documents to buyer via email upon vessel/flight departure.

• Submission of full set of documents to bank for DP, DA, LC terms in compliance with LC requirements.

• Monitoring incoming payments advice from Accounts department for TT terms & ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to buyers accordingly.

• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

• Maintain proper documentation record into in house system and server.
  

• Minimum GCE ‘O level preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office-Excel & office
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures
• Familiar with Letter of Credit negotiation
• Good communication skills (phone and e-mails)
• Good IT knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently
