Shipping Officer (Junior Executive)

Location: Singapore, Tuas South Street
Full-Time | Entry-Level - Immediate Opening

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate full-cycle import/export shipments - from document prep to delivery. Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure smooth cargo movement. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies. Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and BLs. Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and trade requirements. Update internal systems and provide timely reports on shipment status. Support the logistics and warehouse teams for inbound/outbound goods tracking.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads with strong interest are welcome). Familiar with Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures. Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle tight deadlines. A team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
