Responsibilities

Preparing necessary export documentations including bill of lading, packing list, export declaration, certificate of origin and etc.
Process incoming and outgoing shipment.
Liaise with forwarder on the shipping quotes and track shipments.
Assist manager in sourcing new leads by searching website.
Resolves customs delays

Requirement

Working days: Mon to Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm/ Sat 8:30am-12:30pm (After confirmation, Alt Sat only)
Working location at Woodlands
