Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Check and execute trade contracts
- Ensure purchase contracts are accurate and consistent with internal/ external stakeholders
- Collection of signed contracts
- Coordinate international shipments from beginning to end
- Managing execution to ensure that disruptions to logistics are anticipated and reacted to with insight, resolve, and leadership
- Issuance of Proforma invoices.
- Preparation of shipping instructions
- Collecting, producing, and assembling of shipping documents
- Collecting all grade certificates, bills of lading, or other necessary documents.
- Ensure shipments are executed smoothly and timely
- Liaise with the banks for presentation and collection of relevant documents
- Payment to suppliers for imports and exports
- Follow up with customer for payment
Job Requirement
- Problem solving and finding creative solutions to everyday execution issues
- Updating of system
- Ensure timely accurate details are updated in the CTRM, OTM and related system
- Litigation and follow up on related shipment issues
- Such as Quality issues, insurance claim and demurrage claim etc.
