Shipping Operations Executive
Location: Raffles Place, 5 days
Salary: up to $4000
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor ship\'s daily operation and verify C/P & Fixture terms.
- Keep charterers and owners advised on requirements pertaining to the fixtures such as voyage order, stowage, cargo quantity and cargo grades.
- Perform processing and invoicing of hire payments, including bunker calculations, deductions and off-hire time and bunkers and other deductions.
- Liaise with clients on resolution processes for post-fixture issues.
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Works closely with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Shipping or Maritime
- No experience with the relevant qualification are welcome to apply
