Job Description
$4500+AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Industry: Commodities
Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations
MNC / SGX Listed Company
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a full spectrum of export shipping operations and documentation
- Check Letter of Credits, arrange LC confirmation and Bank Guarantee
- Handle full set of shipping documents, shipment process, contracts allocations & vessel nominations;
- Liaise with banks on letters of credit negotiations and collection documentation
- Coordinate with other Wilmar offices on shipment executions related work
- Work on SAP/related system for invoicing and matching
- Follow up on shipping claims and demurrages and payment.
- Min. Diploma holder
- Min 1 year experience in Bulk commodities, Breakbulk and Containerized Shipments
- Well-versed in shipping procedures and documentations
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
