Shipments co-ordination for Air & Sea Freight
Communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers, NVOCC, co-loaders) on shipments booking/clearance/delivery.
Liaise with service providers and customers on shipments arrangement
Monitoring and following up of shipments status regularly.
Understand customs process and procedures
Process import/export permits
Attending to phone calls
Processing shipments via EDI software
Arranging local handling services
Process monthly reports and shipments invoices

Job Requirements

O level & above
Welcome entry level
Interested in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Responsible and committed
Work location at Ubi - Oxley Bizhub (Near Tai Seng MRT and Macpherson MRT)
Salary $2200 - $2600
