Singapore Based (Shipping Division - Operation Team)
Support Trading, Chartering and Shipping Teams in operational functions.
Managing VLGC and VLEC Fleet's cargo programs
Update and maintain accurate information in IMOS system
Processing of Freight/Demurrage/Hire payments and Invoicing (as and when required)
Ensure a cost and time efficient voyage turnaround.
Work closely with Masters, Shipowners, Charterers, Technical Managers, Brokers and Agents
Handling ad-hoc operational matters (if required)

Job Requirement

Applicants: Singapore Citizen or PRs
Full Time Position
Expansion Ops Postion for our growing fleet (VLGC and VLEC)
Diploma / Degree in Shipping or Maritime study preferred.
Training will be provided for Fresh Graduates
Experienced Candidates are welcome
Bilingual in spoken/written English and Mandarin
PC literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications)
Knowledge of IMOS System will be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
Alert, energetic, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
