Our Client is the Japanese fashion and apparel brand. They are currently hiring for a Store Manager to join their team to expand their business and to support the management.
Reporting to Director.
【 What you will be doing 】
Reviews weekly/monthly results, attends team meetings and discusses next action with management
Meet sales goals by leading, managing, supporting and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates
Supports & motivate team and contribute good teamwork
Liaise and correspond with external vendors or suppliers
Responsible for day-to-day shop operations to ensure a smooth and good customer experience
Develop, improve and optimize retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
Analyzes customer data, improve our service and plan how to communicate with customers (social media, web analytics, loyalty program)
Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Conducts monthly general stock taking, or as an when required and ensure cross checking results
Oversees store inventory levels by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory or transfers as required
Maintains and optimizes visual merchandise display according to shop strategy and situations
Manage shift schedules to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
Recruit, mentor and train a team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Understand Company's stories and philosophy thoroughly and promote our products according to customer's demand
Handles after sales support include products care & repair service
Handles and updates e-commerce orders
Performs necessary tasks for daily shop opening and closing and cashier duties including sales closing, cash count and POS registration.
Ensures cleanliness of the store by executing and assigning daily housekeeping duties.
Plan, organize and assist in overall periodical-held events
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Possess more than 3 years of experience in the Retail industry
Customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
Good knowledge of the retail business and understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
Lead and train staffs and visual merchandiser.
Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.
Possess an experience of using MS Excel and POS system
Working Hour
11:00 ~ 21:00
