:
Support in the development and implementation of a facility management program that includes preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements within all Shopee Express facilities nationwide
Support in coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders for the processing of all site payables (e.g. electricity, water, etc.)
Help manage all Shopee Express facilities (e.g. repairs, cleaning, catering, etc.)
Performs assessment based on on-the-ground feedback for regular maintenance, necessary repairs, replacements or any form of rectifications
Keep track of the commercial details in contracts of lease, renewals, extensions, construction, and other agreements related Shopee Express facilities
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of contract renewals
Support in managing relationships with existing contractors, real estate brokers, and building administrators
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facilities Management or other related majors
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management
Experience in contract management
Experience in Logistics company is a plus
Eye for quality and attention to detail
Possess good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail, work flexibility, excellent time and project management skills
Works well with a wide range of characters/personalities
