LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Utilities Management:

• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements within all Shopee Express facilities nationwide
• Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders for the processing of all site payables (e.g. electricity, water, etc.)

• Ensures all SPX facilities are operational (e.g. repairs, cleaning, catering, etc.)
• Performs assessment based on on-the-ground feedback for regular maintenance, necessary repairs, replacements or any form of rectifications

• Keep track of the commercial details in contracts of lease, renewals, extensions, construction, and other agreements related Shopee Express facilities
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of contract renewals
• Manage relationships with existing contractors, real estate brokers, and building administrators

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Facilities Management or other related majors
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Experience in Logistics or Distribution Company is a plus
• Eye for quality and attention to detail
• Possess good leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail, work flexibility, excellent time and project management skills
• Works well with a wide range of characters/personalities
