:

• Responsible for the overall warehouse building, facilities and equipment maintenance
  
• Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment
  
• Follow up with the financial control and regional operation team on the required material purchasing
  
• Develop spare part identification and maintain stock levels
  
• Analysis and provide feedback on equipment performance and availability
  
• Manage day to day issues on equipment with the operations teams, defining and organizing Priorities with Operation
  
• Responsible for building housekeeping to keep the site within 5S standards

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Controls & Instrumentation or relevant disciplines preferred
  
• Extensive facility management experience in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment would be a plus
  
• Experience in HVAC installation, Sprinkler, general building equipment
  
• Experience managing subcontractor to ensure quality of work
  
• Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, CMMS, AUTOCAD are a plus
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional organization with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
