LocationSingapore The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :

• Report to sorting hub team lead
• Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes & protocols
• Daily updates on document & sorting quantity. Ensure of documentation of receiving documentation
• 
  Resolving any discrepancies during inbound process

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• Able to commit to rotating shifts; 5am-2pm, 1pm-10pm, 9pm-6am: Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun (Alternate weekends)
• 1 - 3 Years of experience dealing with external logistic parties
• Possess a class 3 driving license is a plus with > 2 Years driving experience
• Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
• 
  Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Open to flexible arrangements depending on peak seasons and business needs
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Proficiency in Excel is not necessary but will be advantageous
