Showroom Consultant (bathroom Furniture)

Job Description
- Responsible for conversion of sales opportunity from customers walk-in, emails, chats and other sales channels.
- Assist and follow up with customer on product information, selection, and purchase.
- Assist customers on purchasing decision by identifying their needs and provide consultative advice.
- Responsible for order processing and provides effective co-ordination with operations, warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Establish and build customer relationships whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as complete sales order, quotation, assist email & calls enquiry.
- Showroom housekeeping and assist in merchandise display.
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience in showroom, furniture or similar industry
- Able to commit weekend and public holidays.
- Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous.
- Working hours: 5 days\' work weeks
