Company description We are a company mainly dealing in high-end bathroom products manufactured largely in Europe. These products are highly sought after by end users, interior designers, architects and developers of both residential as well as commercial projects.

To complement the line of bathroom products, we have also kitchenware.

We are one of the market leaders in bathroom trends and developments and in the future, we envision ourselves to be able to provide a range of choices for our customers on a variety of quality home fittings and furnishings.

Job description In this position, you will be tasked to

• attend to walk in customers
• Issue sales documents for orders
• Arrange for delivery of goods for retail customers
• assist all aspects of showroom maintenance: order processing devices, showroom display overall outlook and cleanliness, product catalogues, proper filing systems, procurement of office supplies, ordering of goods
• After sales service for respective clients
• Work in tandem with Marketing department for related advertisement and promotions
• Work with other colleagues on the sales team

Working hours: Weekdays: 10.00am to 6.30pm Saturdays: 10.00am to 4.00pm (alternate weeks) Sundays and Public Holidays closed, except during Promotional Sales Periods. According to company directives which are subject to changes at management's discretion

Personal requirements

• Able to commit to full time working hours
• 2-3 years retail sales experience
• Proficient in use of computers especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
