Silver Circle Firm is seeking a lead associate to join their Coporate practice in Singapore. Our client\'s practice is focused on transactions relating to energy decarbonisation ventures, particularly in the realm of solar, wind, and hydropower.
This role would suit candidates with an ambition for partnership.
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ PQE
- Candidates must have international deal experience in corporate transactions (including, M&A) in the energy industry
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience
