Job Description
This esteemed US firm are looking to build up transactional capabilities in the Singapore office, with the hire of a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate with experience from a top tier local or international firm in the Singapore market.
You may be Singapore, US, or England & Wales admitted (or ideally a combination of some of these), but the key requirement is strong M&A cross-border deal experience, the willingness to develop further hands on skills, and a strong academic background and intellectual curiosity. Sector experience in energy and/or technology would be an advantage (though not required), as would regional language skills.
This firm is investing in growing an elite transactional practice to match their reputation and strengths in the US and Europe, and this will be a very exciting and rewarding time to join this firm and help it grow in Asia.
