This market leading offshore and international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Banking & Finance practice in Singapore. Within their collaborative team environment, you\'ll work alongside partners and colleagues on complex, big-ticket matters, while enjoying excellent levels of responsibility and client contact. This is an exciting and challenging role doing some of the best work for major global clients, many of whom are world leading financial institutions, corporates, private equity houses and investments funds. As such, you could expect to be involved in a varied range of major cross-border B&F matters, which may include structured finance, capital markets, financial restructurings, fund finance, asset finance and general banking and finance mandates. The role offers excellent career prospects, with a clear, well-supported and proven track to partnership. Applicants should ideally be UK, Singapore or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level banking & finance experience gained in an international law firm environment; Singapore or Asian market experience and regional language skills, while beneficial, are not essential.
