The Opportunity

To engage new prospective guests for Scott Dunn Private, Singapore. Working closely with the team to develop and nurture a pipeline of new UHNW and HNW prospects for Scott Dunn Private. The Business Development Manager will proactively source new prospects then design, implement and review contact strategies to successfully onboard new members, sharing onboarding strategy, good practice for successful onboarding in the business market and any other onboarding advice.

Responsibilities

  • To engage and onboard new guests for Scott Dunn through referrals, introductions, brand ambassadors, independent research, private network events and partnerships.
  • Proactively promote the exclusivity and benefits of traveling with Scott Dunn Private.
  • Listening and building a strong rapport and in-depth understanding of each assigned prospect through regular, personalised contact.
  • Preparing personalised, bespoke communications and marketing plan for each assigned prospect which appeals to their interests.
  • Work with Marketing team to identify and develop new opportunities and potential Brand Partnership potential.
  • Meet with new prospective guests face to face or via video call.
  • Prepare presentations for prospect meetings with Marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage and host prospect onboarding events and hospitality
  • Co-ordinating the handover of any enquiries whilst onboarding efficiently (and overseeing quotations for assigned guests) by working with, and accurately briefing Travel consultants.
  • To use the CRM to build an in-depth picture of each assigned prospect profile, demonstrating extreme attention to detail and creativity by applying this knowledge to the hand off to the Travel Consultants.
  • Introduce prospects to the Sales & Service Manager where appropriate.
  • Build a network of contacts in the UHNW arena and build / research potential network opportunities.
  • Working towards individual monthly and annual targets and key performance indicators
  • Conducting familiarisation trips abroad and presenting back to teams whilst identifying at all times new potential product opportunities to excite our guests
  • To support all marketing and product including brochure production, website management, email campaigns, PR and frequent promotional events as required
  • Collaborate with the international Scott Dunn offices to support Scott Dunn internationally.
  • Such other duties as management may reasonably require from time to time.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience of holding exemplary face-to-face meetings with UHNW clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate the value of a concept to a prospective client and nurture long-lasting relationships with a network of the loyal guests.
  • Pro-active in identifying and implementing innovative sales opportunities to generate new business revenue.
  • Extensive experience in working with luxury guest profiles.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering against Scott Dunn\'s three core values.
  • Experience with contact strategy planning
  • Minimum 3 years in the luxury sector
  • Happy to spend time away from the office each week meeting new prospects.
  • Ability to work under pressure which at times may require work outside of regular business working hours.

Location

We aim to find someone who would be office based at our location in Raffles City.
