Support the GM with development of new product and business opportunities for the company; Drive on-going projects, including new attractions, F&B, retail, major events etc. Facilitate the implementation of projects and act as the key liaison with all stakeholders in ensuring the meeting of deliverables and performance set in the projects.

Develop business opportunities in target segments, review market needs and opportunities, and develop customer relationships
Develop market research study objectives, market research plans and methodologies as well as implement and monitor market research activities
Demonstrate understanding of the tourism industry and develop organizational plans in response to local and global social, political and economic events
Design and conduct data studies to facilitate development decisions and insights
Develop relationships, engage relevant stakeholders and facilitate alignment of stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 and project objectives
Work closely with business partners including multi-media agencies, vendors and suppliers in the conceptualization, planning, design and implementing of new visitor products & experiences for
the Company;
Source and identify as well as conduct project feasibility study for Company\xe2\x80\x99s potential business opportunities;
Coordinate infrastructure projects implementation with internal and external stakeholders, and present as necessary in project engagement;
Project manage including procurement, project schedules and implementation;
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:
Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Tourism or related discipline
At least 5 - 8 years of related working experience in Hospitality or Tourism or Retail or Attraction
Exposure or experience of the branding, creative & retail business in the tourism and cultural sectors is advantageous
Good negotiation and relationship skills with an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong project management and administration skills
Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and ability to multi-task
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, able to manage challenges and tight timelines in a fast-paced working environment
Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred
