Job Description
- 6 days (Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday)
- 3 shift (depends on schedule)
- $1800 -$2100 (depends on experience)
- Pasir Ris
- Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special request whenever possible. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
- Stay up to date on room rates, packages, discounts and how to handle each, as well as how each relates to other departments
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the room rates, room locations, types of rooms, and reception operations
- Promptly notify housekeeping of all check-outs, also inform housekeeping of late check-outs, early check-in, special requests and day use rooms
- Develop a working knowledge of the reservation operations, process current and future reservations. Know cancellation procedures and forfeitures
- Handle guest check-out efficiently and in a friendly professional manner
- Know cash handling procedures, file and post all charges to guest, master and city ledger accounts
- Answering phone enquiries
- Attending to guest feedback
